• It's not overly critical no, ideally you'd want your Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-145 to be as level as possible so if the lower hole is the closest to level then that would be the one you need to use. There are also two holes in the frame bracket hangar that can be used for additional adjustments if need be. I've included the optimal angle for install for you to reference as well.
